When everything runs through you
You're good at what you do, and that's exactly why everything lands on your desk. Decisions wait for you, your inbox runs your day, and the work only you can do gets pushed to nights and weekends. You've tried the planners, the apps and the advice. The problem isn't effort. It's that most productivity advice was never designed for the way you relate to time.
This is for you if you're a
What it looks like day to day
Recognisable, everyday examples:
You're the bottleneck
Questions, approvals and decisions all wait for you, so nothing moves faster than you can.
Delegation doesn't stick
You hand work over, then it comes back, or you take it back because it's quicker to do it yourself.
Your day runs you
Emails, calls and "quick questions" fill the hours, and your most important work starts after everyone else goes home.
You can't switch off
Even when you stop, your head doesn't, and the time you meant for yourself and your family keeps shrinking.
Why it happens
People relate to time differently, which is why the same advice works brilliantly for one person and falls flat for another. Our Time Centric Archetypes™ explain why. A Time Treasurer guards their time and wants the return on it, so it's tempting to take work back to get it done faster. A Time Bender follows the energy and the people, and says yes to more than the day can hold. A Time Sitter looks after everyone else first, and their own priorities wait. A Time Validator won't let go until it's right, which makes handing work over hard. Most people are a blend. Once you understand your own pattern, you can stop fighting it and start working with it.
What it costs you
- Your best hoursThe work only you can do gets squeezed into the margins.
- Your growthThe business can only grow as fast as you can keep up.
- Your team's momentumWhen everything waits for you, your people wait too.
- Your energyLong days and a mind that won't switch off wear you down over time.
- Your life outside workThe time you meant for family, health and yourself is the first thing to go.
What changes when you understand how you relate to time
When you understand how you relate to time, things shift. You know which work is truly yours and what can go to others, and you hand it over in a way that sticks.

How we help
A personal program, built around you.
Phase 1, Discover
Four sessions, designed for one person. You complete a behavioural profile and we unpack it together, so you understand how you relate to time, what you treat as urgent, and where your time really goes. You leave with clarity on your own patterns and the first practical changes to make.
Phase 2, Embed
A comprehensive program of 13 sessions of 60 minutes each, typically delivered over 26 weeks, one session every second week. Through 121 coaching, we turn what you learned into habits that last: protecting focus time, delegating well, making decisions faster and setting boundaries that hold. Progress is reviewed along the way so you can see what's changed.
Leading a team as well? Once your own time is working for you, we can extend the work to your team.
